Why can’t I login to the webcast?
The webcast link is live on the day and time of the event. If you try the link prior to the event you will receive an error message or the webcast will simply not start.
Also, the webcast link might be blocked by your department’s firewall. Contact your IT department for assistance to unblock the webcast link (URL).
Keep in mind that if you experience technical difficulties during the webcast, your first point of contact should be your department’s IT group. There are many factors that can lead to technical difficulties with a webcast that are outside the control of CSPS.
